all standard orders of in-stock items will be processed and leave our warehouse within 1-3 business day via usps.
expedited orders will be processed the next business day after they are received. in very rare and extraordinary circumstances, it may be two business days before expedited shipments leave our facility.
usps does not count the pickup day as a day in transit. this means 2-day, 3-day and overnight shipments may take one additional business day. the curly co. is not responsible for usps shipping delays.
our standard orders ship from our distribution center in los angeles, ca and shipping includes freight and handling.

to gain authorization for a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. all returns require authorization by one of our customer service representatives. unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused. all order discrepancy claims must be made within the 10 days of delivery of goods.
also, please note, the curly co. is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender, so check that info twice, y'all. we also encourage you to handle your the curly co. tools with care, as damaged product caused by improper handling by the recipient is also not our responsibility.
